Employee Training

Employees want to believe they are valued, feel a part of the team, and contribute to the company as a whole.

Our experiential employee engagement training strategy focuses on helping your employees identify the things that matter most to them at work, and then drills down to determine why those things are so important to them individually. The result is a set of “core passions” that can apply to a variety of job descriptions. Whether they know specifically the next step in their career or not, participants now have a basis for making decisions that will support their success and happiness.

Benefits organizations can expect from our employee engagement training program include:

Greater commitment – Posner and Schmidt research from the Journal of Business Ethics supports our own results that when employees clarify their own values, their commitment to their company increases substantially. (See Resources & Articles for reference.)

More likely to be open to new ideas and innovations from management – When employees realize that the company cares about what is important to them, they become more open to supporting what is important to the company.

More likely to respond positively from ideas and suggestions from their coworkers – As employees gain greater clarity about their own passions, they gain greater confidence and are less threatened by others. The result is an openness to new ideas wherever they may come from.

A stronger tendency to create a friendly, more inviting work environment – Clarity about one’s passions leads to being fully engaged and involved in work, openness to new ideas, and an increased desire to succeed.

Increased ability to positively affect customers – When employees are happy, engaged and internally motivated, their interaction with customers and co-workers naturally reflects these qualities.

Below are some examples of work passions identified during our employee training program:
